1. Recording your outgoing message
Dial 01 4880364
When prompted, enter your Customer Number.
When prompted, enter your PIN number (N.B. this is included in your confirmation email)
At the tone record your message and press # at the end.
You can now hang up, press 1 to hear the message again or press 2 to record another message
Go to www.pocketmoney.ie
Locate the login box a the top right hand corner of the screen
Enter your Customer Number
Enter your password (N.B. this is the password you selected at signup)
3. Entering Debtor Details
Click: “Manage Debtors”
Click: “Add Debtor”
Enter the debtor's name and their phone number.
N.B. You will need their area code without the zeros, so for example 085 3333333 would be:
Country # 353
Area # 85
Phone # 3333333
N.B. Unless you enter it this way it won’t let you continue.
Click: “Enter”
Click on “Call Schedule”
Click: “Add Call”
Choose your Debtor – Choose your outgoing message – Choose a start time – Choose a stop time
Enter how many calls you want this debtor to receive per day
Select which days to call
Click: “Enter call schedule” WARNING: THIS WILL GO LIVE IMMEDIATELY
You will return to the call schedule and the status will be “LIVE”
5. Stopping calls - Putting a call on hold
Click: “Call Schedule”
Click: “Edit” beside the call
Click: “Put on hold”
Click: “Place on hold” WARNING: YOU MUST CONFIRM BY CLICKING “PLACE ON HOLD”
You will return to the call schedule and the status will be “HOLD”. Calls will no longer be made.
6. Deleting a call from your schedule
Click: “Call Schedule”
Click: “Edit” beside the call
Click: “Delete”
Click: “Yes - Delete”You will return to the call schedule and the call should be gone.
